I translate some exerpt of the ONG report (http://www.tblog.com/template...) about african genocide commited under and even by Francois Mitterand.

SO THE PATTERN IS THIS:
Create a genocide, this gives a pretext for intervention and weapons selling to both camps, and then pacify by profiting from reconstruction.
GENOCIDE IS ROOTED IN FINANCIAL DEALINGS. HUMANITARIAN PRETEXT HAS BEEN USED AND ABUSED. AND THOSE WHO THINK THAT THEY DEFEND HUMAN RIGHTS BY SUPPORTING SUCH INTERVENTIONS HAVE JUST BEEN FOOLED !
GOVS OF DEVELOPPED COUNTRIES HAVE BEEN CREATING THE MYTH OF GOVS PROTECTING HUMAN RIGHTS WHEREAS THEY ARE VIOLATING THEM !
